Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding and towels cannot be returned once opened.

Yes, all PROARB furniture items come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact our support team with photos if you encounter any quality issues.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Since we process orders quickly, you have a 1-hour window to cancel or modify your order. After this timeframe, we may have already initiated shipping, but you can still initiate a return once the item arrives.
