At PROARB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and living purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PROARB account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack the products in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
